The Site is provided by Evmar Property to showcase listings in our portfolio and connect users with our Advisors, offering consultation services in real estate purchase, sale and rental processes. Content published on the Site is for informational purposes only.

2. Disclaimer Regarding Listing Content

The price, square meters, number of rooms, location, photographs and all other information in the listings published on the Site are provided by the relevant portfolio owner or Advisor and are conveyed by us in good faith. However, we do not guarantee that this information is complete, current or error-free.
Listing information may change without prior notice; a property may continue to appear on the Site for some time even after it has been sold or rented.
No listing or content on the Site constitutes a binding sales offer, commitment or warranty. For accurate information and terms, you must contact our relevant Advisor directly.
The legal and physical characteristics of the property, such as title deed status, zoning status, mortgages or liens, must be independently investigated and verified by the buyer/tenant prior to the purchase/sale or rental transaction.

3. User Obligations

When using the Site, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current and complete information,
Use the Site only for lawful purposes,
Refrain from any actions that would disrupt the Site's operation, overload it excessively or threaten its security (bots, scraping, unauthorized data collection, etc.),
