There are two main channels for citizens who want to apply for TOKİ housing projects: e-Government and authorized bank branches. Which method to use depends on the individual's preference. After the process, the application status can be tracked from the same place in both methods.
Application via e-Government
A portion of TOKİ applications are received digitally through the e-Government portal. This method stands out as a practical option for applicants who don't want to visit a branch. It is advisable to check TOKİ's official announcements for the conditions and dates of open projects.
Application via bank branch
Applications can also be made at authorized branches of Ziraat Bankası, Halkbank, or Emlak Katılım Bankası located in the province where the project is situated. For this, it is sufficient to visit the branch with an identity document.
The steps to follow at the branch are as follows:
- The application form is completed.
- The application fee is paid.
- The transaction is completed with guidance from bank staff.
Application tracking and fee refund
The status of applications can be checked from the "Application List" page on e-Government. Applicants whose applications are rejected can retrieve their application fee from the relevant bank's ATMs by using the cardless transactions menu.
Clarifying the province where the project is located and the application requirements before applying can help prevent both time waste and potential errors.
